Vision & Values Inseparable.

The reasonation of Spirituality is in full and complete appreciation of all forms of dualism. Inference, therefore is that Spirituality is modelled by both true contextual and abstract realities of life.  It goes beyond commonality of any face value interpretation and experience of life The analogy of a double sided coin makes the compelling argument that suggest opposite sides are better appreciated when diversity or being different is welcomed.

The success of any goal is measured by efforts in the planning and execution phase. The realisation of any goal is not be viewed as a stand alone or detached from its end results. The two realities are to be held in synced. In scientific philosophy or reasoning, inputs gives structure and character to output or desired outcomes.  Equally recognition needs to be given to the another reality that modelled by the spiritual realism which suggest that input does not always have a set and directed outcome that linked.

The future can be achieved the  process plan of any future reality is therefore in the full view and comprehension of what can be achieved in small measure in the context one is in. This means understanding the ability to achieve that which may seem intangible or far flanged or out of reach.The distance between the dream and the vision is determined by tools used to model and position the achievement of certain outcomes and output within a certain time-frame. In brief any achievement is realisable when one is conversant with the current situation and employ a set of values to inform the character structure.

It makes perfect sense to recognise that the vision of the future is not different from how one choose live now to achieve a particular goal. A life goal is better serviced when there's willingness to streamline today's efforts towards an envisaged outcome. It is achievable when an equal amount of effort goes into aligning and maintaining a strong relationship and correlation between the vision and  values.

Simply put, values is the prerequisite for achievement of can be hard and impossible. In essence values is a vehicle that ensure the resuscitation and  resonance of a God driven vision by being faithful to the mission of purpose. It is in this process that Courage and Will emerge as formidable characteristics that strengthens human personality in the midst of unfavourable conditions.

Values as are important to shape and structure the process of achieving the desired outcomes. They are equally critical in keeping and streamlining human life interest to the directed and set goals.  It is at this time that decisions to defer the opportune and impossible wants by adhering to the principles of the vision that is cultivated and nurtured by the type of values one adopt for a sustainable and structured lifestyle.

The synergies that exist between the Vision and Values that shape and model a process of achievement is accentuated by the understanding that Vision become achievable when the two realities are held in synced. Image an arrow in the hand of a warrior, if it is held by a feeble hand the outcomes are the same. The process of achieving a certain vision is dependent on how personal values are designed to feed and nourish the desired dream. Equally can it be argued that values are meaningless if they are not moulded and informed by the framework of a desired outcome.

Spirituality in this context underpin and hold together the envisaged and reality to informs the achievement a particular outcome. It makes the reality of the future true and real in the present. It  helps with the re-engineering of failing and failed efforts including the inability to sustain efforts to realise a goal.

In a Nutshell it is the Spirituality of  "What is, that will be and what is not can never be"
